Didn't like anything, except staff cancellation support.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, which

really made my stay enjoyable. The room itself was clean and comfortable, but I did experience some minor issues with the Wi-Fi being slow. Overall, it was a good experience, especially considering the location which allowed easy access to nearby attractions.

Didn't get to stay here, but the staff at the front was super helpful in letting us cancel our reservation without any issues.

The room had a strong mildew smell that was quite unpleasant, making it difficult to relax during the stay. The carpets in the hallways were in dire need of cleaning, as they felt sticky and uninviting. While hot and cold sandwiches were a pleasant offering, the overall experience was marred by rude management and a lack of cleanliness throughout the property.

We loved how close this place was to fun spots in Akron, perfect for our two little kids. The staff made sure we were comfortable and helped us quickly with any requests. The family room was a great fit for us!

For dads, it would be great to have better upkeep in the rooms.

I had a lovely experience with the cozy family room that had a comfy sofa bed and enjoyed some quality time by the pool and during movie nights offered by the hotel. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi could be a bit slow at times. Overall, I’d recommend this place for families looking for a chill spot! 🌟
